Ingredients:
200g Paneer
8-10 Broccoli florets
5-6 Cloves finely chopped garlic
2 Teaspoons oil
1/2 Teaspoon corn flour
1 Tbsp thick soy sauce/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tsp chilli flakes/red chilli powder
1/4 Cup water
Toasted sesame seeds & chopped green onions to garnish
Take 8-10 florets of broccoli and cut the big florets into half. Then take 200 grams of paneer, dab it with a kitchen towel to get rid of any extra moisture and cut into your desired sizes. Finely chop 5-6 cloves of garlic.

Goona try it, thank you. Question: is it mandat to add curd while cooking it? I mean i just eat basmati rice till now and have never used curd while making Veg masala Pulao
It’s not necessary. Even I never use curd for rice pulao. Since it’s quinoa pulao curd just adds more flavour to it

Mango Phirni Ingredients: * 1/4 Cup Basmati rice * 1 litre full-fat milk * 1/4 Cup sugar * Pinch of saffron strands * 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder * 3/4 Cup mango puree * Diced mango, chopped pistachio, dried rose petals to garnish * Take 1/4th cup basmati rice, rinse it couple of times in water and soak for 30 minutes. Then discard the water, add the soaked rice to a mixing jar and grind to a coarse paste. * Take 1 litre full fat milk in a thick bottomed kadai or pan and boil on low-medium flame for 10 minutes by stirring occasionally. Once the milk comes to a boil take around 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl, add a pinch of saffron strands mix and keep aside. Now reduce the heat to low, add the coarse rice paste and keep stirring it continuously to avoid any lump formation. * Simmer for 20-30 minutes until the rice granules are completely cooked. Keep scraping the sides of the pan and add the solidified milk back to the pan. You have to stir continuously, so that the phirni does not brown or burn from the base. * Add 1/4 cup sugar and the saffron milk we made earlier and mix till the milk thickens. Once the phirni reaches a pudding like consistency add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix. Now take it off the heat and let it cool down completely. * Meanwhile, prepare a mango puree. Take 2 sweet ripe mangoes, peel and chop it into small cubes. Keep some of the chopped mangoes for garnishing and grind the rest to a smooth puree. Add around 3/4 cup mango puree to the phirni and mix it well. * You can always add more or less puree according to your taste. If you feel the mango rice pudding is too thick, then you can add 2-3 tablespoons warm milk to it. * Now refrigerate the phirni for 3-4 hours or at least 30-45 minutes if you are in a hurry. Garnish the chilled phirni with chopped mangoes, pistachio and dried rose petals (optional) and enjoy!

Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients: - 1/2 Cup sugar * 3/4 Cup water * Juice of 2 lime * 700-800g watermelon * To make sugar syrup, add 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water in a sauce pan. Squeeze in 2 lemon and give it a quick stir. Cook it over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, set aside and cool down completely. * Meanwhile, take 700-800 grams of watermelon and cut into small chunks & transfer to a bowl. Don’t worry about removing the seeds as we’ll strain the watermelon puree later. * Put them in a blender jar and blend to a smooth puree. Place a strainer over your freezer container or simply over a tiffin box and pour in the watermelon puree. Now strain with the help of a spatula and remove the seeds. * Pour in the sugar syrup and mix. Taste the puree, add more sugar if required or if it is too sweet add some more lemon juice to balance the sweetness. * Now cover and freeze for least 6-8 hours or over night. Make sure you dip an ice cream scoop in some hot water. Remove the sorbet from the freezer, scoop and serve immediately. If the sorbet is too frozen to scoop, allow to rest on the counter for about 5 minutes. You can save the leftover in the freezer for upto 2 weeks.

You can add both egg and butter. Just reduce the quantity of baking soda if you are using egg
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients: * 3 Cups milk * 1/2 Cup sugar * 3 Tbsp corn flour * 3 Tbsp cocoa powder * 1/4 Tsp salt * 100g dark chocolate (Optional) * 2 Tbsp unsalted butter * 2 Tsp vanilla extract * In a sauce pan, add 3 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons corn flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Whisk until there are no lumps. * Take 100 grams of dark chocolate bar and using a vegetable peeler, peel the sides and edges of the bar to get chocolate curls which we’ll be using later to decorate the pudding. Now finely chop the remaining chocolate bar and add it to the milk. Dark chocolate adds a rich taste and texture to the pudding. But it’s completely optional. If you don’t want to use it, just add one more tablespoon of cocoa powder to the milk. Give it a quick stir. * Place the pan over low-medium heat and bring it to a boil by stirring continuously. Once the mixture becomes thick, continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Butter adds more flavour and gives a silky texture to your pudding, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and stir to combine. * Now pour it into your serving dishes and chill for at least an hour before you serve. Top it off with the chocolate curls we made earlier. You can also add whipped cream, chocolate chips, nuts and fresh fruits as toppings.

Ciao sono un italiana e in questo video sono morta dentro. Prima di tutto quella non è mozzarella e la pasta si fa bollire prima di metterla nel sugo, così non ha per niente senso.
